Roughly three minutes ago I awoke from an odd dream. It went as follows: Walking, in the middle of the forest, my father appeared to me in smoke. But, the smoke slowly seeped out of my vision until he disappeared altogether, or so I thought; moments later I'd realized he had turned into the wind. The wind flew leaves into circles and blew around me as he spoke to me, and as he walked alongside me. He seemed to want to offer kindness and life advice in way of metaphor.
